Bluemark have overcome extensive technical and planning obstacles to achieve planning permission for up to 60 homes on this site of approximately 3 acres. The project in conjunction with Punch Taverns has released surplus land following the acquisition of a new access, the resolution of drainage problems and provision of environmental and traffic assessments.

This windfall site is situated adjacent to the listed Pen Mill Hotel the setting of which has had to be preserved and accounted for in the technical and design solutions for the site.
