Bluemark worked in partnership with Punch Taverns to release value from an area of under utilised land adjacent to the public house, whilst leaving the existing pub and business unaffected.
Within the local community there was a need for sheltered accommodation at an affordable level. After extensive discussions with North Warwickshire Council, followed by a design solution reflecting the local vernacular, planning permission was granted for 30 sheltered apartments for the elderly.
