The Bluemark team assembled this site of approximately 90 acres representing three independent landowners.
Despite the site's Greenbelt status, Bluemark considered that the land had medium to long term development potential. Leading a consortium of landowners and other developers, the land together with adjacent land, was promoted through the Coventry Core Strategy resulting in the whole site being recommended as an allocation for future development for a mixed scheme of housing, open space, retail and commercial.
